Thomas Fansler III has been in the construction industry for over forty years, with responsibilities ranging from laborer, project manager, estimator, designer, to president of one of the region’s most trusted construction companies. He has overseen field operations on a wide range of complex projects across the country, and provides expert technical ability on design, scheduling, cost estimating, and planning.
Mr. Fansler is an active member of several organizations, including the Design Build Institute of America, the US Green Building Council, American Society of Landscape Architects, and the American Institute of Architects, to name a few. He has received multiple awards over the years for his role in creating enduring and sustainable environments throughout the country. Tom III is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. In his spare time, Tom enjoys scuba diving, vacationing in tropical locations, and spending time in or near the pool.

Tom III grew up working summers for SFC. Starting as a laborer and working his way up through the years has given Tom a thorough understanding of the construction process and all the key roles involved in making a successful project. Tom’s artistic tendencies and meticulous attention to detail have served him well as he consults with owners and design professionals on design development, scheduling, constructability, and cost analysis on a wide range of projects. Tom III is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. In his spare time, Tom enjoys scuba diving, vacationing in tropical locations, and spending time in or near the pool.
